Hello! My Name Is Stefanie Finkelstein. I’m a leadership coach with over two decades of experience. Helping people become their best selves and grow into the amazing leaders they can be has been my passion during my entire career. During this time I’ve developed strategies, insights, and tools that have helped me take my leadership to the top of numerous organizations in four industries, while helping my clients and coworkers along the way.
This is what I want to share with you on this site. I want you to develop your own skills and tools to make a difference in your leadership style.
I’m a natural leader, and I’m also an introvert. I’ve found that introversion offers some wonderful characteristics to become a great leader, perhaps contrary to popular belief. If you’re like me, you’ve come to the right place. I am passionate about authentic leadership and that’s what I’ll be writing about here at LWC. I love showing people that they, too, can be excellent leaders!
